How do I place an order?

To submit an order, you need to have a wholesale account with South Look. Orders can also be submitted by phone.

 

Are there minimums?

60 pieces.

For custom orders, minimums will be based on the style being ordered. Each style/fabric will have different minimums. The average minimum for a custom order will be 120, 10 pieces per style & per size. 

 

Can I order custom colours and sizes?

Yes. Just give us the details when placing an order via email or phone.

 

What payment methods available?

Bank transfers.

 

Where is my delivery? Can I track my packages?

To view the status of a current order and your order history, please send an email to info@thesouthlook.com, with your order number, mail subject "Order Status".

You can track your delivery on the web site of your shipping provider. You will find all the information you need on your order confirmation. Simply enter the pick-up number in the appropriate field.

 

What is your return policy? 

It is the customer’s responsibility to find discrepancies or defects prior to any alterations. Altered garments are not returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorisation number. Returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum charge. Samples are not returnable. All returns must be sent prepaid at the customer’s expense unless prior agreements have been made. Please contact us via email at the info@thesouthlook.com for a return authorisation and return address.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the receipt date.
