TERMS and CONTIDITIONS
Private Label Orders
We can sew private labels into any of our products, or any custom product you work with us to produce. We do request that labels have a 3x6cm bleed so your logo doesn't get cut off in production. The minimums for a private label order will be based on the style being ordered. Each style/fabric will have different minimums. The average minimum for a custom order will be between 120 pieces, 10 per style and size.
Payment Options
We accept bank transfers.
Once the order has been placed, we will send you a proforma invoice via email. Afterwards, you would have up to 5 business days to make your payment. Failure to make payment within the prescribed period will automatically cancel the order.
For orders between 60 and 100 units, the entire purchase amount must be paid in advance.
For orders over 120 units, 50% of the purchase amount must be paid within the next 5 working days, and 50% should be paid at the end of the manufacturing process, before shipping.
In case you prefer not to make any advance payment, you can always apply for a letter of credit with your personal Bank.

When placing a cut and sew order minimums will be based on the style being ordered. Each style/fabric will have different minimums. The average minimum for a custom order will be 60 pieces: 10 units per style and size.​
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Our shipping costs for the Americas, Europe and Australia are included in the product price.
We use Servientrega certified shipment service. It takes them within 3-5 days to deliver the goods.
All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in safe boxes.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post.
Samples
With each private label order, you will receive a sample before we start full production. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with, and have approved your sample.
Sample’s production could take up to 25 business days.
Sample’s pricing may vary from wholesaling unit cost.
Turnaround Time
You will typically receive your sample 15-25 days business after placing your order, and your complete order 2-4 weeks after approving your sample.
Exchange and Returns
In a case of poor quality or manufacturing defect, garments may be exchanged or returned by mail.

Returns should be submitted to the direction above. Once we receive and inspect garments, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
